The Calendar Cheese Company are the leading importer and distributor of domestic and international specialty cheeses, caviar and premium dry goods, servicing premium retailers, restaurants & airlines, across Australia.
As cheese is temperature controlled, energy loads are high.
To offset this, solar was a viable way of reducing energy expenditure and locking in a consistent bill for decades to come.
