Overview:
Split across 2 NMI's in the one building for dual occupancy, Greenwood were engaged by Vaughn Constructions to install 2 seperate PV Systems (59.76kW & 39.6kW) at the new Mapletree Logistics warehouse in Truganina.
Further to this, Greenwood also had to commission two seperate solar panel systems to integrate with hot water systems on site.
As this was a building site during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, strict policies were put in place with all contractors to adhere to the government legislation at the time.
Our Distinct Approach:
System Design:
99.36kW Total System
276 X Canadian Solar 360W Tier 1 Panels
1 X Huawei 29.9kW Inverter
1 X Huawei 50kW Inverter
Huawei Smart Logger 1000 Data Comms
Gridsafe PVDB Secondary Protection
Clenergy Racking System
The Outcome:
In the 1st year, the combined systems will produce 130,086kWh of renewable energy.
The Huawei Logger is integrated into the buildings communications network so team members can see how much offset is being created by the solar generation.
Greenwood aftercare division also monitor the system to ensure it is working to its maximum potential.
Overall, Mapletree Logistics in partnership with Vaughan Constructions has reduced their C02 emissions by 137 tonnes per year on this site.
