Is catering provided on the day?

Yes, our events are fully catered with your choice of lunch included in your ticket. At morning tea, drinks and cakes are bought to the training room and for lunch we all walk down to a cafe and sit down for a proper main meal. Dietary requirements can be catered for - simply let us know at checkout when buying a ticket.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are welcome to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 2 days before the event. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds within 2 days of the event as we need to confirm catering, venue requirements, and guest speakers for the event.

How many people attend the courses?

We believe the best learning environments are close-knit ones, which is why our training courses are between 25-35 people. We welcome all genders, cultural backgrounds and beliefs at our training courses and strive to provide a memorable experience for all of our students.

Is support available following the course?

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
